At PROS, I created their first AI agent persona to define expectations and ethics around AI implementation, merging psychology insights with social responsibility.

I spot opportunities where others encounter roadblocks. My interdisciplinary mind helps me identify the core challenges worth solving by understanding whose mental frameworks we design for and whose experiences get prioritized.
